Hi! I'm Charlotte, the lady behind ZoomBugs!

​

After becoming a Mum in 2021, my period of maternity leave provided me with a great deal of perspective of what I value and how I would like to shape my future. 

 

Having initially struggled with the huge life shift of having a child, I valued both the importance and impact exercise and a feeling of community had on my mental and physical wellbeing as well as improving the bond with my child. This became a key part of my maternity period and beyond. Exercise helps to shape my day, improve my mental health and prepare me for the physical demands of family life!

 

As an England Athletics qualified running coach, level three instructor in postnatal fitness and nutrition, and with a keen passion for being outside and moving, I looked to combine these areas and create a fun, and safe exercise community to benefit parents and carers.

​

ZoomBugs members enjoy the opportunity to meet weekly for varied, consistent and most importantly, fun exercise classes to suit your ability, regardless of experience.  Classes are specifically designed so you can come on your own for some quiet exercise, with friends or bring your little one with you, so no need to worry about childcare. You can enjoy the time together having fun and getting fitter!

I am really passionate about the community and ethos ZoomBugs creates for new parents and hope to motivate others to improve their health and wellbeing. 

 

I hope ZoomBugs can help contribute to your fitness journey in a safe and very welcoming environment.
