Classes and Pricing Schedule for 2025

ZoomBugs post-natal and women's only exercise group class:

Classes are booked in blocks during term time to help ensure consistent attendance and allow for effective planning. This helps keep sessions running smoothly and supports a committed group environment for everyone.

In addition, gradual improvement and stamina will follow if you attend regularly!

There are two sessions each Monday to cater for schedules of busy parents!

Classes are limited to ten per session

Session times:

10:15 - 11am

11.15 - 12pm

​

Summer Term Dates:

Monday 09th June

Monday 16th June

Monday 23rd June

Monday 30th June

Monday 07th July

Monday 14th July

Then Break for Summer

​

COST:

£30 for the six week block (£5 per class)

Class length 45 minutes, allowing for set up and informal chat at the end

Providing there is suitable demand, classes are then planned to restart September 2025
